The Parry Alpha range of Bain Maries are designed specifically for stand alone use. They offer 4.5 litre stainless steel and aluminium round pots as well as a selection of stainless steel gastronorm containers thus allowing you the flexibility to choose a multitude of configurations to suit your needs. These Bain Maries are designed to hold pre-cooked foods and liquids at serving temperatures thereby aiding service at the busiest times. There are a choice of wet well or dry heat options. The dry heat machines are fitted with simmerstats while the wet well machines are thermostatically controlled.

The Parry Paragon range of Bain Maries offers a selection of 4.5 litre capacity round pots in both stainless steel and aluminium and also a comprehensive selection of stainless steel gastronorm containers which are designed to hold pre-cooked foods and liquids at serving temperatures. All models available as dry heat are controlled by simmerstat or wet well which are controlled by thermostat and have front drain taps. 150mm deep gastronorm are fitted in dry heated Bain Maries and 100mm deep in wet well Bain Maries.

Manufactured from high grade 304 stainless steel
Available on heated or ambient base or as counter top models
Base mounted Bain Marie available with open well or with glass display structure
Models with display structure also benefit from quartz heating 150W lamps
Heated base models are suitable for 1/1 gastronorm tray heating plates and serving dishes or holding plated meals or bulk foods
Note: Gastronorm pans not included as standard
Please note perspex sliding doors on display models must be removed when in use
