Commercial Char Grills

A unique feature of our gas char grills is the solid stainless steel grid which is assembled in such a way as to prevent food from sticking. The grid has three position settings with easy and safe to use handles. A lower grid accommodates a single layer of lava rock. Twin burners are protected by a specially designed shield to prevent fat and oils clogging them. Other features include a large removable stainless steel drip tray and Piezo ignition.

Pizza Grills

The pizza grill is designed to be either free standing or wall mounted. It is capable of producing up to 36 x 6" (15cm) pizzas and 24 x 9"(22cm) pizzas per hour. It has the following features: infra-red elements to provide instant heat. removable crumb tray and automatic electronic timer.

Salamanders

The Parry Alpha salamander grill is designed to be wall mounted or free standing, this versatile piece of equipment is at home in most kitchens and is suitable for cooking a variety of meals including toast, steaks and fish, etc.
