CA170 Inomak S/S Gastronorm Range
High grade AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior to withstand the rigors of the most demanding kitchen. Large capacity - 23cuft. Accommodates 1/1 and 2/1 gastronorm trays, 4 Shelves on slides per door. Easy to clean radius internal corners with removable shelf supports and racking. Self closing, lockable doors with replaceable gaskets and inset handles. Fitted as standard with heavy-duty castors for easy positioning and mobility. Reversible door. 60mm CFC free polyurethane insulation. Depth can be reduced by 40mm by removing the heater tray to assist in delivery. Please ensure that there is adequate ventilation above the unit.
Frost free forced air cooling. Electrical evaporation of condensate. Designed for efficient and effective operation in 40°C ambient. Epoxy coated evaporator to avoid corrosion. Off cycle defrost.
Electronic controller incorporates an audible & visual HI/LOW alarm (ALO or AHI). Auto/manual defrost indicator (DEF). Standby switch. Refrigeration cycle running indicator. Refrigerant R134a.
