There are two specification levels to choose from: Opus SelfCooking Centers and the Opus CombiMasters. Gas and electric versions of each are available, with 24 models in all.

The Opus SelfCooking Center is easier to use than any conventional combi steamer. Using a touch screen you simply select the food and how you want it cooked. The SelfCooking Center does the rest, automatically selecting the cooking mode, temperature time and humidity levels. The latest generation now includes CareControl which manages the cleaning processes and avoids the need for costly separate water softeners. This unique system means that descaling is a thing of the past.

Opus CombiMasters offer robust construction, and deliver consistently reliable results at an extremely affordable price.

Sizes for both specifications extend from 6 x 1/1 GN to 20 x 2/1 GN, with all models available in gas or electric versions. For additional versatility it is possible to stack one counter top model on top of another to create a 'Combi-Duo'.
