Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most major credit and debit cards. (Please do not send cash in the post).

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged for until they are ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via the Internet as all shopping cart and checkout pages on our website are covered by a security certificate. Please do not email your credit card details as this is not a secure method of exchanging credit card data.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please note, all prices displayed on our website are based on approval of credit card payment prior to dispatch of goods.

Delivery Schedule We will acknowledge your order by email and aim to deliver within 10 working days if funds are cleared, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, off-shore UK and exports are subject to surcharge. We shall notify you by email before your order is processed.

Delivery services cannot be guaranteed as we use other carriers. Where deliveries are made and there is no one to sign to receive the goods, the goods will be returned to the carrier's nearest depot. We reserve the right to charge for redelivery if you are unable to collect the goods from the depot. PLEASE ENSURE WE RECEIVE SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS, i.e. "Leave with neighbour at number xyz".

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK - 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Once a credit card has been processed and approved, the credit card details are deleted from the system.

Guarantee Any discrepencies or breakages in your delivery must be reported within 24 hours. Any goods that require self assembley cannot be returned after they have been assembled.

Please call us if you have any special delivery requirements.
We cannot be held responsible for any further delivery charges incurred once the goods have left our premises.

The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice.

Should a warranty call be required on any machine that is still within the manufacturers warranty we will instruct the manufacturers to send an engineer. If this call out is, in the opinion of the service company, not a manufacturing fault we reserve the right to pass on any call out charges or labour costs incurred by such a call on to you, the customer. MBS Wholesale Ltd can be in no way held responsible for any loss of stock or business caused by machine failure or time delay in a service call.

Where deliveries are made and there is no one to sign for it we reserve the right to charge delivery again.

Returns Policy All items come with a 30 day money back guarantee if you are at all dissatisfied (subject to being unused and returned in original packaging). Please note we cannot refund postage & packaging charges in this situation and a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.

Under the distance selling regulations act, you have the right to return your goods within 7 days of receiving the order for a refund, however delivery charges are not refundable. MBS Wholesale will not be held accountable for the collection of goods. in such a case, this must be arranged and paid for by yourself, the customer.
